Project Por Amor is a boutique tour guide focused on Cuba.
Due to embargos they can’t use standard tour guide apps.

- 2 stages tour confirmation (minimum required).
- Follow ups with clients were all manual.

- Airtable source of truth for payments and group management.
- Self-served client registration using Airtable and Fillout.
- Payment triggers automations to update records in Airtable.
- Quickbooks and Stripe integrations.
- Automations for minimum met, missing information and missing payments follow ups.
